Cancellation Policy:
We would prefer you not to cancel at all, however, on the odd occasion, when circumstances conspire against you and you just have to cancel your booking we would ask for 30 days notice.
Deposits are non-refundable - No Exceptions.
Cancellation within 14 days of stay will be charged 1 nights accommodation in addition to your deposit.
More than 14 days notice all cancellations will be charged a $20 booking fee in addition to your deposit.
Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will still have the full account due unless we can fill your site or room by another like booking.
Sorry we do not transfer bookings or accept cancellations based on inclement weather.
